I provide professional photo retouching services, including portrait retouching, beauty retouching, product retouching and other types of image post-processing. Service descriptions and prices are listed on my website. Specific terms and completion times are discussed individually with each client.

Payment

Payment for services is made in accordance with agreement with the client. I accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and electronic payment systems. Final cost is calculated individually after reviewing source files and discussing the scope of work.

Timeline and Delivery

Completion times depend on project complexity and scope of work and are discussed with the client before work begins. I strive to meet agreed deadlines. Completed works are provided to the client in digital format via email or cloud storage.

Revisions and Refinements

The number of free revisions is limited and discussed individually. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be charged extra. I try to accommodate all client wishes and ensure high quality of work.

Order Cancellation

The client has the right to cancel the order before work begins. In this case, prepayment is returned minus expenses already incurred by the performer. If work has already started, return conditions are discussed individually depending on the volume of completed work.

Liability

I am not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of my site or my services, except as provided by law. I guarantee the quality of completed work in accordance with agreed requirements.
