3. Third-Party Imagery (Models and Subjects)

By submitting photographs featuring third parties (models, private clients, photoshoot participants), the client confirms that they hold all necessary legal grounds and consents from these individuals to transfer and process their images for retouching purposes.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

Data processing is carried out on lawful grounds (for pre-contractual communication and the performance of a service contract) solely for the purposes of:

• Calculating project costs, turnaround times, and aligning on the creative brief;
• Direct execution of retouching and delivery of completed materials;
• Invoicing and providing technical support for the project.

I never sell, lease, or use your personal data or working files for third-party marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Security and Technical Infrastructure

• All working materials are processed on secure devices with restricted access.
• For the transfer and temporary storage of large files, established international cloud providers (Google Workspace, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.) ensuring data encryption in transit are utilized. Access to working folders is provided exclusively via direct links.

6. Data Retention Periods

• Visual assets (photographs): retained for the duration of the project and for 30 calendar days following the delivery of final files (in case duplicate downloads or minor adjustments are needed), after which they are removed from active cloud storage.
• Contact details and business correspondence: retained for the duration of the business relationship or until a deletion request is received from you.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The website may use technical cookies for the correct display of interactive elements (such as "before / after" sliders) and basic analytics tools without collecting sensitive personal information. You can disable cookie storage in your browser settings at any time.

8. Your Rights (Including GDPR Standards)

You hold the full scope of rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access information about what data of yours is stored by me;
• The right to rectify or update inaccurate data;
